After a year, we are still getting mail for someone who used to own this house and sent in a change of address notice. Very poor.

As a result, I had to tear the box of collectibles open and remove them, then cut it out of the mail box. Before you say it fit when the mail carrier put it in, the side the mail carrier puts mail in doesn't have individual doors like the user side does. I tried for 15 mins to get it out without tearing the box, but to no avail.
