  My dog ate my passport before a trip. I called with lots of questions and they were helpful every time! I called 3 times before my appointment. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable!

  I've generally always had a great experience at/with this post office. They've delivered mail on time, helped me with my passport and been friendly on the phone. My only complaint now is that I was at work (02/10/26) and saw USPS had rung my ring doorbell, the driver just left so I thought maybe she had the wrong house, nothing was left on my door or in my mailbox, "oh well" I thought! My coworker told me to sign up online for informed delivery, nothing was on there. on 2/15 I received an email that I had a certified letter I needed to reschedule, I looked and it said a notice had been left, NO! So I rescheduled for 02/21 when i knew I would be home, but instead they tried to redeliver yesterday 02/18, again no notice on my door or on my mailbox but online it said that notice had yet again been left. I called the post office to let them know this, I don't think they cared, and I ended up leaving work a little early and just picked it up because I couldn't trust it would be delivered when i was home or a notice would be left. Very thankful to my coworker cluing me in on informed delivery or I would have missed an extremely important document.

  Just moved into town 2 months ago, already had my EXPENSIVE packages put into the wrong box (someone else now has them) twice and a package not delivered at all until I complained and magically it appeared?? Do better Estacada post office!!!!!!!! Also other people's stuff in my box... come on!!!

  The greatest experience! I got two packages miss-placed into the wrong locker in our neighborhood mailbox. I called to the USPS customer service number, but after talking for 5 minutes to a machine, I decided to call to the Estacada office directly. Mona was super helpful and even after letting me know the carrier was gone for the day, she went personally to check and resolve the situation. Mistakes happen, but what it really counts, is the way they are fixed, and this was a great example of excellent service and professionalism. Thank you, Mona!

  Naomi and Samuel are amazing!!! I received a letter from the IRS that they did not receive our 2023 Tax Return and we needed to send them confirmation of delivery. I only had the date and dollar amount of the usps purchase for mailing in the tax return. They both went above and beyond! They researched extensively and found all of the tracking from Estacada to Cincinnati and the signed delivery confirmation! What a blessing...I am truly grateful! Thank you so much for the exceptional customer service!!!
