- ACAris CervantesJun 20, 20241.0They never answer there phones I think someone stole my package and they won’t let me talk to anyone. Also they blamed me for stealing and instead of questioning me they called my mother and sent her into a frenzy. When we said we were going down there they backtracked and said they didn’t have any evidence I stole just that they suspected me this post office is a joke.

- JVJ. Irene ValliMar 29, 20192.0Our mailbox is about 5 ft off from the road, so we don't receive mail for 3 months of the year. The driver will not get out of their vehicle nor drive on a 1/4" of snow. Even in the Summer, our packages will not be delivered. Often, if there is no other mail, the postal worker will write a slip without ever coming out, then slip it in the box the next time they decide to drive up our street. In the past year, I have picked up packages before the slip was delivered. Most recently, I picked up a package two weeks before the slip showed up. The postal worker has also claimed "lifting restrictions" as to why they would not deliver a package when the box weighed less than 10 lbs. I'd give our delivery person 0 stars. The 2 stars is for the nice woman who works at the office. I'd give 5 stars for her. I have heard her appologize to many different customers with similar complaints. Poor gal, aint her fault.
