Our mail is being delivered to the wrong addresses, so our neighbors or strangers have been getting our mail and packages, luckily they have been nice and delivered it to us themselves. We have a package missing that was supposed to have been delivered we have not received it.

Okay, first off, terrible hours! I have never heard of or seen a business with hours like this. Not open past 5 Ever! So you can never pick up any packages after your typical work day and it opens after you've already gone to work? What a joke. You got to have someone else go and pick up your packages if you work the typical 9-5 Monday through Friday. Otherwise you'll never get your packages. I suspect they did this on purpose to avoid their customers. It's a big inconvenience for everyone!
Customer service was okay, not great, needs improvement.

Crappy service. I've gone there 2 days in a row now and they don't have mail sorted out or in the mail boxes yet. They open at 10am it's 11 something when I go check nothing in there yet. They close at 1w for lunch and don't open back up until almost 2 and then they close at 4. Seriously? We can't get mail until the next day.
