Not the post offices fault but wanted to leave a review here on the customer service. The lady I spoke with over the phone was very polite and understood the issue I was having and gave me info on what I could do. Great customer service with this post office compared to others I’ve tried contacting .

This SUPER kind lady helped me when I was in a definite need. I recently moved out of my apartment to a new house, and I had 2 packages being delivered, unfortunately due to me being vacant and not living there the tracker said they where going to be sent back to Amazon. I was in eagle point and the post office was closed off to the public. I saw Michelle on one of her routes she told me to meet her at the post office with my ID and she’ll bring out my 2 packages. She did not have to do this because it was a Saturday and the post office was closed to the public that day, and she helped me anyway saving me a huge amount of time and hassle from calling Amazon and trying to get my packages that I ordered resent to my new house. I REALLY can’t tell you how greatly I appreciate your kindness and willing to help me. Excellent customer service on display, thank you Michelle you rock!
