She has been so helpful with lost packages, and explains to me what I need to do, and if she can't answer me 100percent she tells me where to get my answers. She goes up and beyond, her kindness and help has been truly appreciated. Seeing her smile her proffesionalism and greeting makes days great. In my opinion she needs acknowledged by people above her!! I wanted to take time out and make this public knowledge and will be moving forward to let others know too. Thank you Katrina!!!
