  Over the years this location has been less community serving and lack of leadership to say the least! No accountability, no morals, no community loyalty or compassion for our community members. No employee diseplinary actions for the damages including trust caused by the this location and their workers particularly the delivery driver. This "good ol small town" since is nice but when it comes to OUR mail and representation of this FEDERAL service WE pay for through taxes and emotional suffering for this SERVICE to be efficient with treatment of respect. Whether that be in the location or on the street delivering it is expected and paid for! My complaint is focused to the one in the White Subaru. Running about town like she's needing a MAN. On federal time, on our Dollars. Her attire inappropriate most days. I came home to find her in my bathroom! While my man had me wait outside!! WTS. Totally unprofessional, Especially while on the CLOCK. Never have I heard of a delivery driver going INSIDE a residenc to use the bathroom..well over 5 minutes..THIS is personal, however while in a postal delivery vehicle or white stationwagon stating postal service working is totally over the top! Use your own car, on your OWN time to be SHADY! This has caused severe relationship issues. Costing US a friendship and pain. I no longer have TRUST to leave my house , ermotionally due to this SHADY "Lady" no trust with my mail. I also have a PO box. Just the sight of her burns. I will most likely use a different location for my postal needs including my PO box. This Location is more about small town buddies working together than professional , quality, dependable services. Because of this SHADY delivery person I will be actively pushing for her removal from my route. To be Nice is one thing.. SHADY is another. I'm told she is MARRIED. Not sure about that TO That delivery lady.. Should've kept your services honest and professional while on the PEOPLE'S time. Look for trouble on your OWN time! SHADY!!

  I tried calling the number to ask about my mail. And it sounds like someone picks up but no one talking. How am I suppose to get my questions answered? I live in roseburg now otherwise I'd just go there.

  The mail lady which I was told her name is mimi. Is lazy and gives my mail to the neighbors and my neighbors mail to me. I received once during Christmas the neighbor's mail that lives 6 houses away. Packages that are time sensitive, no attempt was made, to deliver package to the door. I get a form to come pick up my package after 4:30 pm. Because no one was home. If she had tried she would have found out I had been home all day expecting the package. I complain and I'm told she's been a good employee for years. She's not though! She needs to be replaced with someone that loves his/her job and does it right. It's because this post office wants to hold on to long term lazy employees that it will never have a good rating. Wish we could get new people in there.

  The lady that delivers mail to camas swale rd is lazy and incompetent! I’ve been waiting for something important in the mail for weeks that needs to be here before I go on vacation and it said it was going to be delivered yesterday and that the mail carrier had it in possession. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Just because our driveways are long and you don’t want to drive up them doesn’t mean you shouldn’t. Isn’t it your job to deliver people’s mail? If you don’t like your job then quit! I am going to have a serious talk with the person in charge at this post office.
