Don't let a postmaster see you put correspondence in a mailer if you want to send a book ground, they will charge you the first class.rate. in my case, it was the same as priority mail. I could have taken the card out of the mailer but then they won't even give you a little piece of tape to get It shut again. Gouging. All he could say is their rates are competitve with others. If I have to pay gouging rates, then I may as well go somewhere where they give better customer service. I predict the post office will shut down. What baloney.
