If you need to submit a passport application my family had a lovely experience today. We arrived early as requested and they didn't help us until our actual appointment time but the rest of the process was easy and fast. First did you know they take and print passport pictures for less than anywhere around here will print passport pictures? Two women helped us and we brought printed pictures but she knows how particular the state department is and suggested having them retake our pictures due to our travel plans. She was great with our toddler and while the pictures were printing another woman started going through all the paperwork with us. They were knowledgeable and we were done in about a half hour which they budget 45 minutes for three people.

- JEJoseph EddyOct 27, 20231.0No accountability as we are always getting mail from other po boxes in are po box and now they have marked a package as being delivered to are box that never was delivered to are post box, spoke to Karen at the local Coquille branch were are box is located and not saying it's her fault but either these employees at this branch are not being trained properly or just careless with there parcels that they are putting in the boxes as now I'm being told nothing they can do as they can't find it and that it was marked as delivered so no help either and now I'm out my money on parts that were never delivered to the box and either lost or put in someone else's box probably both but marked as being delivered.
