I’ve had a very frustrating experience at this location. I come in about once a week to drop off packages (typically 40–50), and I’ve always used the back dock and placed them in the designated bin without issue—until recently. An older employee with gray hair and glasses was extremely rude and told me they “don’t have the equipment” to handle that many packages and that I need to go elsewhere. I’ve never had this problem at any other post office or with any other employee. She also claimed this location is “not for commercial use,” which doesn’t make sense given the volume I bring is fairly standard for small businesses. When I returned another time, she spoke to me in a very condescending tone, saying, “I thought we had gone over this,” as if I were a child. She then told me I could only bring 2–3 packages at a time, which is ridiculous .This felt less like a policy issue and more like laziness to do her job. The way I was treated was disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere to avoid dealing with this kind of behavior again.

Doesn't matter if only one person is behind you. If that's somebody that the front counter person wants to have a chat with, you're going to be asked to leave, even if you're just addressing an envelope. Special people get special treatment, I guess. Maybe it's a locals-only post office.

I came in today around 4:50 PM (close time listed as 5:30pm) to mail an important letter for my federal and state taxes. I was already inside the building well before closing, trying to confirm the address on my form, when an employee who was an old lady with gray hair abruptly shut the door early and announced they were closed while I was still there. When I explained I had already been inside before closing, she cut me off and refused to help and shouted “IM CLOSED!!” The tone was dismissive and disrespectful for no reason, especially given how simple the request was. The way this situation was handled didn’t sit right with me at all, zero customer service skills. I was clearly there on time, and the lack of basic courtesy and willingness to assist felt off. This wasn’t just bad customer service, it was unprofessional and unacceptable. Management should take a serious look at how customers are being treated at this location.

I attempted to send out Certificate of Mailing letters from this address and have done it for months with no issues. I was using the USPS provided form and followed the instructions. When I walked up to receive help Annette immediately told me that's now how you do this and threw my paperwork back at me on the counter. Did not provide a solution, no conversation about how to properly fill it out, nothing. She has no business being in customer service, working with the public, and most certainly should not represent the USPS. Terrible experience, coming from a business owner.

Came here on a Saturday while out running errands thinking logically that the *post office* would have a blue drop box for an outgoing letter. I found a note taped to the door apologizing for the inconvenience of the removal of the expected drop box. I hope whoever decided to remove the after-hours ability to you outgoing mail at the post office has the day they deserve.
