- CMC MDec 19, 20252.0Stopped in today before lunch. Mary (older lady, assistant manager) is not very Merry… very cold, unfriendly and had a VERY poor attitude when talking to the other employees. She was not afraid to hide her emotions of being angry, overwhelmed, annoyed, whichever it was. I don’t know anybody who would want to be talked to the way Mary talked to the other employees. Rodney helped me, thankfully he had a great attitude and was very polite and helpful. The younger gentleman seemed very polite, professional and had a good attitude as well.

They don't warn you on their website or when you walk in that it can take 20+ minutes to get a retrieval code for printing forms before you can print them. And that's assuming their system will actually allow you to print your pdf file once you get the code. Apparently not all PDFs are compatible with their system. When trying to get help from the staff, they are rude and their tone/attitude says they truly could not care less that their system doesn't work. Save yourself stress, wasted time, and possible failure and just go somewhere else. This place is terrible. There's a UPS store right across the street.
