- JFjhaspher gayle fernandezMar 21, 20261.0I was home the time the package was supposed to be delivered, looked at my email notifications come in- in real time saying that there was nowhere safe to put it, yada yada. I have a house number, we have a mail box. If the person wasn’t “comfortable dropping it off, why wouldn’t they just bring it to my front door? AS I AM HOME. I’ve been up all morning waiting for this package to come in I’ve even been checking our mail box as well. then I get this email. I tried to reschedule a redelivery because it said it was available for me but then when I put in the code, it’s saying it’s unavailable…. Make that make sense, this is so irritating.
- CPChristopher PierceFeb 11, 20261.0They stole my package, I had gold testing equipment shipped via mail and it was heavy so either the post man stole my box or the post master, there should have been multiple boxes in my delivery however they only gave me one. Luckily it was only copper bullion. But still someone is going to have to answer for this. Below are the two items that should have come In the mail. Only one of the two boxes was recieved. I am out 500$ horrible customer service and even worse online assistance. They trick you into signing for both packages and keep the other and probably throw it in their back packs.

Went in there to pick up a package and the rest of my mail after they left a nice little pink card in my box i hadn't checked my mail i awhile but that happens because i would rather go paperless. Not even two days after they put that card in my box they sent everything back to sender including my package. The supervisor they have is a real piece of work also I slipped one cuse word out of frustration not even directed at him and he tries to kick me out and take the pen out of my have then tried to force me out. Funny thing isn't that a federal building? Don't I have as an American citizen have the right to say anything I'd like ? Don't my taxes go to funding that facility? Just because I slip a curse word does that give you a right to kick someone out especially if it isn't even directed towards you. Bottom line get better employees and do better your supposed to care and help people not disrespect and deny services

Or lack there of. What kind of people are being hired?? Incompetent people that's who!!!!!
