- BABill AmesFeb 27, 20241.0They are closed Sat and Sun. P.O box can only be picked up M - F 830am-430pm. Not a good place if you have a 9-5 job.

Not only do they go against USPS policy of charging for boxes for residents they refuse to deliver to, but they lie and say it's the same elsewhere. I spoke with a postmaster in another city who said this isn't the case. To add to this, you can't even access the box you're forced to pay for on Sundays in order to receive the mail you're legally entitled to recieve because they lock the lobby that ONLY houses the boxes. Absolutely awful experience of employees making up random rules that don't adhere to USPS policies. Two stars only because the person who forced us to pay ensured that the box wasn't too high for me to reach.
