- MBMatthew BooneOct 28, 20251.0I live in a secured, locked building with secured, locked mailboxes. Only the USPS routinely fail to deliver packages to me. They claim there is no secure delivery location. UPS? FedEx? DHL? Amazon? No issues. Then, to add insult to injury, their redelivery page simply does not work, EVER. What a joke of a government service lol
- ADAnne DSep 28, 20252.0A lot of people moved into the house across the street from me and have a lot of cars parked along the street covering access to my mailbox. The mail carrier did not deliver my mail for 4 days. When I finally received mail, my box was completely full, including a check, prescriptions and bills. I would think if the carrier doesn't have clear access to the mailbox, they would come to my door or at least leave a note saying my mail can be picked up at the post office. Why is this not being done? I have no control over people parking in front of my mailbox. The mail carrier is either too lazy to get out of the truck or doesn't know enough to deliver my mail by other means. Unacceptable.
- EAEarl AndrewsSep 20, 20251.0Ship a package on September 16th paid $55 to have it delivered within 3 days and is still not there and won't be there until possibly the 22nd the lady behind the counter said I had a choice to pay $18 for 3 to 4 days or $25 for guaranteed 3 days the total cost with my package to ship was $55 all they're doing is scamming you out of your money. I called USPS and talk to customer service and they said because it was not priority Express only priority mail I'm not eligible for a refund. I will never upgrade again to have anything delivered fast always choose the cheapest route because no matter what it's not going to get there on time.

The reason I bring this up is because I tried to let the local canby USPS office know that 1 of their mail trucks is leaking oil pretty bad. I have heard the CEO or dude in charge of USPS doesn't care 🤷🏻 but I care about the safety of our postal workers. Canby office, if you're seeing this, I'd recommend you have a mechanic check out your vehicles so we're keeping our people safe. 5/5 stars for the workers delivering our mail, rain or shine.
