- MBMatthew BooneOct 28, 20251.0I live in a secured, locked building with secured, locked mailboxes. Only the USPS routinely fail to deliver packages to me. They claim there is no secure delivery location. UPS? FedEx? DHL? Amazon? No issues. Then, to add insult to injury, their redelivery page simply does not work, EVER. What a joke of a government service lol
- ADAnne DSep 28, 20252.0A lot of people moved into the house across the street from me and have a lot of cars parked along the street covering access to my mailbox. The mail carrier did not deliver my mail for 4 days. When I finally received mail, my box was completely full, including a check, prescriptions and bills. I would think if the carrier doesn't have clear access to the mailbox, they would come to my door or at least leave a note saying my mail can be picked up at the post office. Why is this not being done? I have no control over people parking in front of my mailbox. The mail carrier is either too lazy to get out of the truck or doesn't know enough to deliver my mail by other means. Unacceptable.
- EAEarl AndrewsSep 20, 20251.0Ship a package on September 16th paid $55 to have it delivered within 3 days and is still not there and won't be there until possibly the 22nd the lady behind the counter said I had a choice to pay $18 for 3 to 4 days or $25 for guaranteed 3 days the total cost with my package to ship was $55 all they're doing is scamming you out of your money. I called USPS and talk to customer service and they said because it was not priority Express only priority mail I'm not eligible for a refund. I will never upgrade again to have anything delivered fast always choose the cheapest route because no matter what it's not going to get there on time.
- PApat allenJun 17, 20255.0I had a issue with a package that a mom and pop usps store had sent for me - somehow off of my printed address label - to dunkirk,oh , the woman got canby, OR. My fault for not checking but I had handed her my address label - anyhow - Chris (don't know his last name) at the canby, OR location was able to watch for my box and told me he would call me when it came in as undeliverable since the address didn't exist - he called just now and it is on it's way back to me!! - ACAshton ChapmanNov 13, 20181.0They drove to the place of delivery, didnt even attempt to drop it at the door, drove away, (this was witnessed as we were eagerly awaiting the arrival inside) then put down that there was no access to the place. Blatant lie and then never attempted a redelivery. I called on it and entered the tracking number in and it was redirected to Vernal Utah!?!? But it doesn't say that in my tracking!? So I redirected it to my home address. This was a birthday gift and now it's a week late so far and on it's way to who knows where!? Plus the customer service wait time was over an hour!? Preposterous!
