    Excellent staff, extremely helpful and patient - somewhere you can get professional help with your shipping, printing, and other office needs. Fast drop off and packaging assistance for those fragile and difficult to pack items, "kind and helpful" are the most descriptive words for this UPS store, highly recommended.

    Too busy to take my call asking for my to call back in the afternoon, didn’t seems to care at all about me over the phone. Training a new hire was more important

    Penny (the owner) happened to be training employees at the Canby, Oregon store when I arrived. I needed to open a business/personal mailbox and learn about other services available at the store. She was so warm and friendly, yet professional that it made my business transaction very pleasant! In addition, she was extremely patient and respectful to the employee she was training.

    Had the rudest experience with the manager named Will this morning. I came into the store just after it opened and was in line when i noticed an Amazon kiosk for returns. That's what I was there for so I went through the prompts on the touchscreen and it stated I should have been provided with a label. The label machine was blinking red so back in line I went to complete my return. I could tell by Will's body language he was not in a good mood, remember this is within 15 mins. of the store opening. He scanned the return bar code on my phone and proceeded to throw my return in a box labeled "GREEN". I don't know about you but I always get a receipt showing proof that I dropped off the return. I informed will I need a receipt and I guess he could not give me one from the register he was at behind the counter so he walks to the kiosk huffing and puffing, opens the label printer and grabs the empty cardboard core from the label roll and throws it in the garbage forcefully. Get's a new label roll and proceeds to put it in the label machine & mumbles something as I reply, "I just need a receipt" and he replies " I didn't ask you that rudely. I finally get a receipt but the ink is blurry and I can't make out any information on it. I ask for his name as this is just unacceptable incident and he refuses to even acknowledge me. Other customers are all watching this go down and it's uncomfortable. I ask a second time for his name so I can contact the manager at a later time and again refuses to give me his name as he calls up the next customer waiting in line. At this point I know its just best to leave so I take a picture of his with my phone and walk out and go on with my day. BTW, he has brown hair and a brown beard and just seems "off". This is where it gets weird..... I finish my work day and see that it's been over 8 hours so I call the store and a gentleman answers and I ask if he is the manager and he states no Will is the manager and I ask who opened the store this morning and he states it was Will and before I can inquire any further guess who snatches the phone from the employee and states "this is the manager". I say, "Hey Will you were the rude guy this morning that was throwing things around and wouldn't give me his name?" He states yes, so I ask for his boss's information thinking I would get a branch or regional manager but Will refuses to give me any information and proceeds to call me "antisemitic" and that I was being "racist" towards him. I think he's saying these things to cover for what the employee who initially answered the phone must be thinking & hearing. I reply with "what antisemitic and racist things did I say Will?" He replies with "I don't know" and I proceed to tell him I will be contacting corporate and then he hangs up the phone on me. I contact corporate in San Diego and speak with a representative name Michael who took down all the information and apologized. I asked to be contacted about the outcome of this horrible customer service incident but Michael said all information will be kept internally, so I know this is the end of the line. I thank Michael for listening and forwarding my concerns as he assured me that WIll, the store owner and some kind of other manager will discuss what happened in a meeting. Looking at other negative recent reviews at this specific store, it seems like this is not the 1st time experience but rather multiple incidents regarding Will's poor/rude customer service. Reading those other reviews I realized I had to write my own.
