She also tried to feed me false information about passport renewals so that I wouldn’t cancel my appointment and do it online. I know we all have unavoidable tasks to do at the post office, but if you can avoid this location I would. Also, a note to management, just because you’re government employees, does not exclude you from treating human beings with kindness. I get your life is probably miserable babe, but it’s incredibly unprofessional and sad to take it out on other people who are all living this life for the first time too. Hope your life gets happier Heather!
