I have to strongly agree with Chris and James. I don’t know what needs to be done but she (Megan) is extremely rude. I have also never had My packages ripped open until she started working there. I actually used to enjoy going in there and talking with the employees there until she started working there. I shouldn’t dread having to go into the post office to pick up a package. I don’t ever review anything. But this person needs to be fired. And probably won’t be because they are union. So if you like getting treated like crap this is the place to go.

I agree with Chris Adams. Megan is the most rude and unprofessional worker I have encountered in years.

The new post master at the Bonanza Post Office has really gone over and beyond. The changes he has made so far are awesome!

We have had nothing but issues getting mail lately. There is a new mail person who apparently doesnt have any sense of urgency getting mail delivered. I ordered a package a couple weeks ago it was expected to arrive today. Our house is less than a quarter mile from the mailbox and since she couldn't put it in the mailbox and couldnt bring it to the house for whatever reason it awaits at the post office until Monday. It closed early today and is closed tomorrow. The problem is my 11 ur old nephew's birthdayis tomorrow. So extremely dissapointed i cant give him his gift until next weekend when he gets dropped off by his mother. Very angry!
