I’m not usually someone who takes the time to write reviews, but this experience was absolutely worth it.
I’ve been doing business with the Staples in Bend for over five years. As a business owner myself, I always have a lot going on, and the last thing I want to deal with when I’m trying to get something done quickly is additional frustration.
I stopped in recently to print something using the self-service kiosks, and it just wasn’t going well. A gentleman named Brandon asked me twice if I needed help, but I was determined to figure it out myself and probably wasn’t as upbeat in my responses as I normally would have been.
Eventually, I realized I wasn’t going to be able to get it done on my own, and Brandon was right there in the print department ready to help. Not only did he solve the problem quickly, but he did it with such a positive attitude. I’ve honestly never seen the print department looking as organized and polished as it did that day, and I’ve never had someone be as pleasant and helpful as Brandon.
I was really happy to learn that he’s the one running that department. You can also tell the team enjoys working with him, which says a lot about his leadership.
I will absolutely continue doing business with the Staples in Bend. There have honestly been times over the years when I wondered if I should find other printing resources, but if you need help in the print department, go see Brandon. He will be the reason you come back.
