She is always super helpful and kind and goes above and beyond. She rescued my package that was about to get mailed back to sender because I erroneously put a wrong digit on my home address. She has also helped with setting up my passport in the past and was patient and helpful as could be. Never thought I’d give a post office 5 stars, but she’s just that awesome.

I specifically had asked that all of my small packages to be delivered in my mailbox, not the mailroom or the reception area, because my small package was taken from the mailroom just recently. I had went to the person and put in that request and it only happened one time in my mailbox. That means both the weekdays and the weekends also.😠😡😠😡
