The Lady at customer service, named Dee? I have been there 4 FREAKING TIMES TO GET A PACKAGE!! And the first time it was lost and was to get a call when found. Got the call went back few days later to get it. SAME LADY!!! LOST MY PACKAGE AGAIN. Went back one more time- waited for 45 minutes for this same chick to find my package came back all snotty and rude saying she can’t find it yet again. I left because I was so mad and I was running late for my appointment. And this lady never gave me a call saying she found it again. I went back TODAY!!! Come to find out the lady marked it as unclaimed and is now getting sent back to my father- who sent me this Christmas present. MIND YOU I HAVENT RECEIVED a gift from my father in 10 years. And I stated to this lady how important it is. Tried to make a complaint on her- that didn’t happen. While waiting for her supervisor to hopefully go find this package getting my hopes up saying they believe it is still there because it was signed today. The lady Dee came up right next to me TO STARE AT ME AND GLARE AT ME??? How dare you have the audacity to do that. WHEN IT IS YOUR OWN FAULT FOR CONTINUOUSLY LOSING MY PACKAGE??? And making it Unclaimed WHEN I KEEP GOING BACK TO GET IT. OMGGGGG HATE THEM!!

There was one other customer at the counter. I waited almost 30 minutes just to pay a PO box renewal. There were other cashier's doing misc in the background. I was just about to give up when the teller became available. Not to mention the skyrocketed prices.

Bend USPS workers are the worst post office workers on the face of the Earth. I’ll be happy to see USPS shut down so all these people lose their jobs. The worst workers ever. Don’t try to get into contact about their performance either or your post office worker will run over your mail box, shove fragile packages in the box when it’s clearly too small, leave the door to your mailbox open everyday, and purposely not deliver packages out of spite. I hope you all get fired so you can learn what real work is. You all make me sick.
