  Took an extremely important envelope to be sent overnight air with 10am guarantee delivery to this UPS Store to be sent to another UPS Store. Employee guaranteed it would be there. It has been rescheduled due to the UPS Store being closed for NYE which is crazy because even banks are open today. They should have known another UPS store is closed today. Tried to call this UPS store to find out why they did not tell me of the closure and they too are closed today even though they had a big green sign on their door stating they would be closed New Years Day Only.

  I’m surprised this location doesn’t have a higher rating. They’re often busy, but I always move through quickly. The staff is fast, competent, and professional — exactly what I expect from UPS. Great service every time I’ve been in.

  I walked in with several Amazon returns and it took me a couple of minutes to figure out how to download the QR codes. The woman serving me was not friendly and bordered on rude. It was like she was drumming her fingers waiting for me to leave. It wasn't busy and I wasn't holding any one up (except her I guess). I won't be returning to this UPS store again.

  Horrible customer service! The staff presented themselves poorly (like they just woke up and rolled out of the bushes), the gal found it easier to yell at the customers for not using the "self serve" kiosk than just politely pointing out that it exists. If we're all lucky, the kiosk will replace her and the owners won't have to continue to waste money on her payroll. I'd be absolutely embarrassed to have her as the "face" of my business.

  Pricing rediculous. Not the same or even close to what says on line. Do not go there. I received a reply with no way to reply if he is a manger so editing post. Details for a 3.8 lb medium box. Ship Friday to Texas for delivery Monday or Tuesday. Quoted me $133. WHAT.. A 3 lb 8oz box.. Went directly to Post office and delivery given Monday and did arrive as promised for $26.65. so recommend this responder Not to try to justify at costs going up. I would of called him but no way to reply.!!!
