Pricing rediculous. Not the same or even close to what says on line. Do not go there. I received a reply with no way to reply if he is a manger so editing post. Details for a 3.8 lb medium box. Ship Friday to Texas for delivery Monday or Tuesday. Quoted me $133. WHAT.. A 3 lb 8oz box.. Went directly to Post office and delivery given Monday and did arrive as promised for $26.65. so recommend this responder Not to try to justify at costs going up. I would of called him but no way to reply.!!!

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with UPS. I was supposed to receive an important package today — a framed artwork that needed to be shown at a convention. This wasn’t just any package, it was the work of someone I know from Mexico, and its timely arrival mattered a lot. The problems started with UPS failing to notify either the sender or me that I would have to pay an extra fee upon delivery. There was no email, no phone call, nothing in advance. Only when the driver showed up did I find out that I needed to pay an additional service charge. How is that acceptable? If you expect customers to pay more, we should be told clearly before the package even arrives, not as a surprise at the door. Otherwise, it feels like holding the product hostage — and frankly, it feels like theft. Second, the delivery driver’s attitude was completely unprofessional. He showed up, told me I had to pay, and then refused to wait even a few minutes. He just left. So now, I’m stuck without the package I urgently needed today. If UPS had simply given me 10 or 20 minutes notice, I could have prepared a check, no problem. But no — they expect customers to magically know about hidden fees in advance and have the exact payment method ready on the spot. And to make matters worse, I couldn’t even pay with card or cash right then. Later, when I checked the tracking on my phone, the charge finally appeared — but it showed up after the driver had already left. That means I wasted hours trying to contact someone, only to find out my package won’t be delivered until Monday. By then, it’s too late; the convention is ruined. So, what’s the bottom line? UPS failed at every step: No advance notice of extra charges. No flexibility or professionalism from the driver. No proper system to reflect charges in real-time. A customer service process that wastes hours of people’s time. This is the last time I will ever use UPS for international shipments. They charge hidden fees, provide poor communication, and ultimately leave their customers stranded. To anyone reading this: if you’re considering UPS for international shipping, don’t. UPS is unreliable, unprofessional, and simply not worth the risk.

Artemis was GREAT to work with! Greeted me as I walked in and was able to help me return a product with a QR code. Will definitely use this location for all mailing needs.

Sassy girl at the counter with the blown-out butterfly hand tattoo clearly hates her job—and apparently, her customers. Why the attitude? If you’re miserable in your career, maybe change it instead of taking it out on people just trying to do business. I get that bad days happen, but after three visits with the same sour vibe? No thanks. And they market themselves as a “small business,” but I’m not buying it—literally. You don’t offer those “round up for charity” donations at checkout when your a small business lol(which, let’s be real, big corporations only do to dodge taxes). So why should I keep supporting this place?
