- SSSandraDec 13, 20251.0I returned an Amazon order at Staples about three weeks ago. When I handed the employee my Amazon QR code he said he didn’t need it. Amazon is saying they did not receive the return. Of course they are saying that, they have no idea who the return is from since the employee refused my QR code. When I called and talked to the manager he was not helpful at all. Multiple times throughout our conversation he said he trains all his employees how to return Amazon packages. He made it sound as though I was lying. I told him I have the receipt showing I returned it but he said that there was nothing he could do about it. So thanks to Staples, I’m out $47.99 and the actual item itself. All I have is a receipt from Staples that is worthless.

Helping One customer for over 10 minutes when you should be able to multitask in a copy center. Copies can be made while you are waiting for emails. If you need copies done efficiently make sure you do it online or find somewhere else to go
