Do NOT swipe your card at this post office. Someone stole my card info here. The ONLY place I swiped my card this month was at this self service kiosk. A week after using the kiosk my card info had been stolen. It is not safe here. Even aside from that they will try to overcharge you at the counter. I came in with a package that was going to cost $42 to ship, I left to get some more money and came back with the same box, then they told me it was actually $55. Don’t trust them.

Worst post office I've ever had. Loses my shipments amd personal mail constantly and we even get mail that doesn't have my address on it. Last month I even got someone else's package and lucky for them, I delivered to their house. Didn't know its also my job to make sure the mail is going to the right place.

This used to be a great location but the past 4 months have been terrible. I had to go back 3 times in 3 months regarding the SAME issue. Their staff assisted me the first two times, were kind, supportive, and apologetic. (June is an amazing staff here) The second time I was in tears with the delay in receiving my mail. Both times I thought I completed an address change/ forwarding. I'm unsure of the managers race I felt with today, but may be of Asian/ Korean decent he was rude, short, unapologetic, and placed the blame on me, and did not give any solutions to how or what I can do to fix it in the present time even when directly asked multiple times. I felt small, unheard, and as though I was backed into a brick wall with no way out. I immediately left and won't be back.

Very unprofessional. The owner was not there even after we waited more than 20 minutes. Another customer and I arrived at 8:55 am and waited until 9:20 am with no sign of anyone. If you have work or an appointment, don’t rely on this place because you might end up being late. Very disappointing experience.
