  Pat is the reason. I have been a customer of this location for 30 years ( formerly Mail Boxes Ect.), as an employer in the community I can say the following of my experience with the UPS store 1438- "Opens consistently on time and has stayed opened past close to assist with customers." Pat especially has been key in setting a professional experience, has assisted in the process of navigating various challenges in shipping. Pat works weeks straight through and maintains a star player impression. Please recognize this young man for his excellent representation of your organization. Thank you, and God Bless.

  I stopped this morning at 8:00. and I waited until 8:30 Am until the store open When he opened the store, I was the first customer entered the store with Amazon return package immediately his I noticed changes in the receptionist's face. I think because I am the first customer I told him I wanna drop Amazon package. I said to him good morning but he didn’t answer me. I don’t care. He asked me to put it on the scale. then I ask him if I can use his tape to tape the package from the top he refuse he said I have to pay $1.99 to tape it. I surprise from him. It’s not about money. He said OK after I paid the money, I thought maybe he want me to buy a tape after I pay the money. I waited to give me the tape and he said to me he gonna tape it by using his tape at first time happened to me all carrier store. If the customer ask him to use the tape to type the box from the top immediately they help him and this is the customer service. I’m not complaining about the money. It’s two dollar. It’s nothing. It’s about the customer service. Shame on him.

  Pat was extremely helpful with my notary and print out even it was closing time . he stayed late till 6 45 and did my paperwork. Extremely. professional guy

  I needed to have a document printed off my phone and notarized. Prabhakar was very kind and helpful and let me know that if I could wait 10 minutes, his co-worker would be back to be a witness. That was extremely helpful for me! Sita came back in and everything was handled. I am so impressed with the level of service I received from these two gentlemen. Thank you so much, you made my day!
