    I came in the other day looking for information about a mailbox and what the rates are. I called in previously to confirm over the phone but was told that the owner would have to look them up and that I would need to come in. I went to the store and tried to get information in person, but was told that only the owner can access that information and he was busy. I was directed to an individual who was indeed busy performing notary services for a customer. I was happy to wait as it seemed things were wrapping up. They were not wrapping up. The complete lack of knowledge about the notary process and how it needed to be done was incorrect, not to mention that the OWNER was constantly having to get coaching and guidance from the other store employees about what information goes where and what needs to be collected. I waited in that store for over 30 minutes before I had to move on with my day. The lack of assistance from this store and the fact that only one person in the entire store was authorized just to give out current rates for mail boxes is absurd.

    I usually don’t leave negative reviews because I’m a business owner and I understand the impact they can have. However, this experience was very disappointing. I went to this The UPS Store location to return a TikTok Shop package. The instructions clearly stated that the store would provide packaging, but they refused. The employee there (not sure if he’s the owner) was rude and unwilling to help. His only solution was for me to buy a $5 box. It’s not about the money—it’s about the attitude and lack of customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years, but I won’t be returning. I’ve also heard similar complaints from neighbors. I recommend going to a different UPS location.

    I received a call from someone who was quite agitated and claiming to be the owner of this store at my place of employment accusing my company of dropping off a leaking package and demanding I show up immediately to collect it. I was forced to cut him off mid-rant to explain that we are in Utah and no one from my company had been in his store, it was a return from a customer and that I would be happy help if he could drop the attitude. I then tried to get him to read to me the VERY LARGE hand written reference number on the bottom of the return label but he was unsuccessful in locating it. I then got the tracking number from him so I could attempt to locate the customer that way. While investigating, this person quickly became impatient and began aggressively demanding I get the package collected immediately. I chose not to be talked to that way and ended the call. I was able to locate my customer and had them in the building to collect the box shortly after opening the next day. Had this person slowed down and thought his way through the issue, he would have seen the large RS on the UPS label, indicating a return shipment, and might not have been so quick to attack me over the phone. I've been robbed by people with better people skills.

    I’m not one to do this but this ups location lost my expensive package!! They didn’t scan it in and when asked for any sort of help like looking at the cameras with time stamps or asking the owner to and just let us know she denied!!! She’s only available at certain times so my partner took off work to talk to her and ask for help she was so rude wouldn’t help us in any sort of the manor just denied everything. I’ve used ups for years worst one around she’s not helpful doesn’t care about customers or their stuff.
