- AEAsaad EsaiApr 23, 20261.0Unfortunately, this office is terrible at dealing with customers and tries every trick in the book to force them to pay more money. The first time I went to them, they refused to accept the package, claiming it was damaged, even though I received it torn. I went a second time after I repaired it myself, but they refused to accept it again. This is the worst office I have ever dealt with.

And, not only do you actually get what you asked for on the 1st try, you also don't have to wait 90 mins to print a single photo sheet. It's like talking to a human instead of a brick wall. Kirsty and Cherisse were genuinely really kind and helpful. First time I've gone to a FedEx where someone actually gives damn about their customers. First place to actually give you what you ask for instead of whatever they feel like doing. Moving forward, looks like I know which location I'm sticking with. 🩷 💖 🙏🏻 🙌🏻
