HORRIBLE!!! Arrived early and waited over 45 minutes for the someone to come to the pick up window since it clearly states they open at 9:30 and no one ever showed - such a waste of time!!!! At least at the Tigard location they have a buzzer to alert them someone is at the door. This one has none of that. Why even have this window if no one is there to answer????

Has anyone watched the movie the postman? Well, my only complaint, is that my errand time doesn't always match up with the hours and other persons, valuing the work and effot, everyone does, to make the cogs run smoothly.

This USPS is like every other USPS, meaning that there's not a lot of space inside and there's generally going to be long lines and sadly slightly better than mediocre customer service. This is a full service post office so there are mailboxes here. Obviously you can drop off packages and get everything done that any other post office could do with the exception of passports. Those cannot be done here. A major flaw that happened recently here, which is a major change was they used to have three different blue drop boxes. The outside for people are going to drop off small packages and mail. Sadly that has been shrunk down to just one and even that one is only for letter size drop offs. This is highly unintuitive and highly inconvenient for every person who uses the post office. There's literally no reason why there shouldn't be more than one dropbox and why people should not be able to drop off small packages through those dropboxes versus having to get down and drop them off

Was harassed & accused of stealing! I took a box to package up my items for mailing out, paid for & shipped thru self service kiosk. The guy yelled at me, I first ignored cuz I'm minding my own business. Then he proceeded to stand behind me watching me use the kiosk, then as I'm putting my package in the drop box he accused me of not paying for the box.
