Usually a good drop off spot…but the lobby, machine and drop off bins are locked 4 days before Christmas. Terrible timing.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever had. The little Asian man there is the absolute most rude person I have ever had to deal with. I will not be using this post office anymore. I will gladly pay extra for FedEx or UPS. They lost a package then told me it was at three different locations. When I tried to ask him to explain how it can be in three different locations he just laughed and told me to figure it out on my own. This was a very important time sensitive thing and even with paying extra for tracking and 2 day shipping it showed up 5 days later, and their tracking website was down so I couldn’t even try to find it on my own. They are heartless and incompetent but I guess what do you expect from a government agency.

HORRIBLE!!! Arrived early and waited over 45 minutes for the someone to come to the pick up window since it clearly states they open at 9:30 and no one ever showed - such a waste of time!!!! At least at the Tigard location they have a buzzer to alert them someone is at the door. This one has none of that. Why even have this window if no one is there to answer????
