Poor customer service, one clerk was especially rude and didn't display any basic knowledge of what he was doing. Very disappointing. I would rather drive to a different UPS location with much friendlier and more professional stuff.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this UPS Store with an employee GRABBING MY PERSONAL BAG and looking inside on her own volition. I did not ask for help, I was at a SELF SERVE KIOSK. An employee came over to me at the self-service kiosk To at first first inform me that the cardboard box that I wanted to ship with was insufficient, and I needed to repackage it. This was clearly a necessary interjection, and I understand that. She walks away with the label she grabbed out of my hand without asking to put behind the counter as I start my second return. She recommended I purchased a box at the store, I politely declined and I said that I will go and come back, I have plenty of boxes at home. She audibly laughed and said that I would be wasting $3.99 in gas.. i was shocked. I asked her to repeat herself because I couldn’t believe my ears. I told her to hold on as I had a couple other items that I wanted to finish handling at the self kiosk. She then came back, started grabbing my second package said the packaging was good and started walking away before I could put the label on, this is now an unnecessary interjection from the employee. I felt overwhelmed and confused. Then she proceeded to open my PERSONAL BAG, look inside, and point at a personal concealed item that was NOT PACKAGED. and asked me if I wanted to ship that item. This made me extremely uncomfortable. This was not necessary nor did I give consent nor did I ask for help and I couldn’t believe that she was grabbing my personal belongings and opening it on her own volition. I was at the UPS store on Murray and Allen around 1:00 PM on 12/15/25, this employee was not in uniform and did not have a name tag. The overall interaction made the experience unpleasant. I expect first and foremost professionalism, then some basic level communication skills and etiquette.

I can’t say enough good things about the UPS Store in Beaverton at Murray & Allen. The staff there is consistently kind, professional, and incredibly organized. They always have my packages ready and waiting, which makes a huge difference when you’re juggling a busy workday. We receive our business mail there daily, and they also help us with copies for HOA board meetings, which they handle efficiently and without any hassle. What really stands out is the customer service — everyone is genuinely friendly, remembers you, and makes the process easy every single time. As a business owner myself, I know how rare that level of consistency is. Highly recommend this location. They truly do an outstanding job.

Greedy ripoff. They tried to charge me $2 for a strip of tape to close a small box. I didn't pay their scam, and came back later. They were looking all over the box for any other ways to screw over the customer when I came back with my box taped. Extremely unfriendly and uncaring, which is unfortunate because this used to be my go-to UPS store. They earned a bad review and lost a long time customer over a piece of tape. Hopefully it was worth it

It's a bummer having to write this review. For years I've been going to this UPS store in my neighborhood. Seems like a family owned franchise location, and I was happy to give them my business. Recently, I noticed the shipping rates at this store jumping up higher than expected. Last week I shipped a small box and they charged me $80 for ground shipping, when it seemed like it should have been more like $25 or $30. Today, they wanted $100 to ship a similar box, UPS ground! This seemed crazy expensive, so I said no thanks, went home, went to UPS.com and printed my own label. Only $25 to ship the same package, same timeframe! I get that times are tough, but that's robbery.
