Unfortunately, the package was returned to me completely damaged—the frame was basically destroyed. It was clear that the item was not handled with proper care. The most frustrating part is what happened after. Even though I paid for insurance, getting reimbursed has turned into a nightmare. I’ve spent a lot of time calling, following up, and being redirected, with no clear resolution. What’s the point of paying for insurance if you can’t actually use it when something goes wrong? Accidents can happen, but customer service and accountability matter. Based on my experience, UPS failed on both. I would strongly recommend taking photos, keeping every document, and thinking twice before trusting UPS with fragile or valuable items.

Personally, I recommend other locations or companies.
