  Really great community store. I always have a wonderful customer experience whenever im in there. Today I was able to seamlessly print my ebay shipping labels direct from my iphone and ship my US Postal Service packages without any hassle - Everyone is Friendly and knowledgable and always ready to help. Thanks!!

  I’ve shipped from this store multiple times, and I consistently run into unexpected extra charges afterward. It’s starting to feel like something isn’t right with how package weights or measurements are being handled at this location.This time, I sent a 4 lb package, and they claim the actual weight is 8 lbs—more than double! This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I can’t trust UPS to provide accurate pricing or reliable service anymore.

  I came to this UPS Store just before closing time on a Sunday to drop off a few return packages. While I was taking the packages out of my car, the customer service agent locked the door and refused to let me in, even though it was still before the posted closing time. I explained that my return window was closing that day and that I only needed to drop off the packages. Unfortunately, the staff member was extremely unreasonable and rude. It was clear she wanted to close early so she could finish serving the two customers already inside and leave immediately afterward—which is exactly what she did. Closing the store early for personal convenience, especially when customers are still actively trying to enter before the official closing time, is unacceptable. Many people are on tight deadlines with returns, and a little courtesy and professionalism would have gone a long way. Some staff really need to learn how to treat customers with basic respect. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

  Paid $99 to ship small package 2-day delivery. 2 days later, I got a call from UPS that the label had fallen off as it wasn't attached well. Owner, Irum, denied the failed label and said she'd file a claim for me for the $99. She never did, and she never followed up with me. UPS took 13 days to deliver the item. UPS Stores are awful and don't take responsibility for failed deliveries.

  I had to mail all of my Christmas packages this year as I could not travel. All of my boxes arrived on time and intact. I always use this store because they try to figure out the most cost effective way to mail. Other stores in our area didn’t do that. Thank you store 5253!
