I walked out of the store feeling genuinely relieved and taken care of — it’s rare to get that level of helpful, friendly service these days. Kirsty turned a chore into a pleasant errand, and I really appreciate the extra effort she put in to help me. Highly recommend this location, especially if you get to work with Kirsty! Don't make them struggle with a self checkout that the items are clearly too big for. It's just scan a label and give someone a receipt, not hard.

I didn't realize that you couldn't ship non FedEx packages from there because I go to UPS all the time and drop off USPS packages. She looked at me and spoke to me like I was a 5-year-old child. There is no reason to talk to someone like that when you need to tell them that they can't ship with you
