  Here’s a simpler, more natural version: ⸻ I brought my laptop in for a hinge repair, and a few extra issues came up during the process. At one point the screen stopped working, and later the USB ports on one side weren’t working either. The team kept working on it and kept me updated the whole time. They were able to fix everything in the end, and now the laptop works properly again. I appreciate that they didn’t give up and made sure everything was working before giving it back to me.

  I love this place! I needed a MSI power supply that you can’t find in any store. These guys ordered it and it was there by the next day. I also have been having issues with my local C drive and they’ve offered possible solutions. Amazing customer service. Highly recommended!

  Had a computer that couldn't properly start up and froze on loading/repair screens, got it fixed about 24 hours after I dropped it off with express service! I needed data recovery and a clean Windows reinstall, but so far things look good and I am back to using my computer. Recommend!

  In the process of trying to re-apply thermal paste to my CPU (which is somehow several hundred dollars more expensive now than when I bought it), I bent a bunch of pins. I brought it in and a super helpful technician fixed the issues within 15 minutes. He very helpfully explained ways to apply the thermal paste appropriately moving forward to prevent similar issues. No judgment, no blame. The pricing was extremely reasonable and they even asked that I return if there were issues or needed help seating the chip into the motherboard.

  Terrible customer support, if your pc stops working don’t expect any type of decent customer service after I spent almost 5k on a pc with them.
