Any comments about a monopoly like usps goes on def ears. It is too bad employee annual reviews aren’t based on public feedback. Might start to see some improvement and customer service. (But then I guess you’ll start seeing more of the five stars from employees like below)
Oh well, at least I know not to expect much. 😁
Keep the bar low Beavercreek-
Privatizing the usps is looking better all the time.

They put oversized packages in my mailbox. All my mail was smashed in the back of the box and I couldn't get package out without my neighbors help. He held the mailbox while I got the package out. And of course the package was smashed ( it was a gift) 😞

We are often given other people's mail. Today I had outgoing mail but the mail carrier totally ignored it. Left it in the box. It's really bad service.

My delivery man for the past two years has given me mail for a person on Fergusson Rd ( we have the same st number). Last year I got their passports, credit card mail today I got there B or A checks. I've gone to Beavercreek Post office no good result. I have dropped off mail to this house. I do not get paid for this. Is this service ever going to improve?
