- FFFFeb 16, 20261.0Not exactly sure why you guys sent my package that said incorrect mailing address, back to sender. Instead of contacting recipient for pick up. I live 3 mins away. The package was supposed to come for Christmas now it’s nearing march. Pathetic.
- MWMatthew WilliamsJul 15, 20211.0You can tell the incompetence as soon as you meet some of the staff walking in to this Post Office. 1st issue- if their scanner doesn't work, they have no idea what do next. #2 -I've heard from other Aurora residents that tried to mail packages to known addresses but this post office couldn't confirm the address existed. #3 - I have personally had to deal with 3 different managers over the last year or so...quitters?? The PO doesn't fire anybody... So, save time and hassle and skip this post office as they are untrained and completely incompetent.
