- CCcheryl cJul 15, 20215.0I had a piece of mail that could only be sent to my street address, even though I only have a post office box. So it was sent back once for that reason. I contacted the sender, who re-sent it and I went to the post office asking what I could do. The postal clerk took my information and said he would look out for it. I got my piece of mail. I really appreciate their service. They went above and beyond for me, locating my one piece of mail amid many and re-directing it. Great customer service.
