- EAEric AApr 16, 20265.0Before visiting to drop off a postcard on a Sunday, I checked out the USPS site to determine if this location has a self service kiosk. There isn't one near for several towns radius. The lobby was open for me to drop off my post card. It's a beautiful lobby and it's was easy to find the mail slot inside.

I use general delivery and a desk attendant told me twice that I need to find different mailing accommodations twice. I told a different desk attendant this as of now, I haven't made a different accommodation and she said that that wasnt exactly true, abt me needing to find another way to get my mail. Now, I don't know who is right and which isn't. Talk abt unneeded stress-inducing information.
- DDDaintryJan 20, 20261.0Worst postal service we have ever encountered!! I have to go in to pick up packages that should be delivered right to my door as per service. She can never lift anything heavier than 5lbs if it is it will never be delivered. I would give no stars if I was able. They have repeatedly stated they “attempted delivery” when it’s a bold faced lie!! Stating our “mailbox was full” when the package CLEARLY would never fit in the mailbox.The whole staff needs to be fired and start a new.
