- JBJacob BreeckerApr 1, 20261.0This store is disorganized and needs to be reevaluated by corporate. I dropped off a 'next day' package at 12pm--the cutoff is 3pm. It sat in the store until 2pm the next day. Instead of them saying 'it should have been picked up, sorry about that' they tried to blame the me for not taking it to the front counter (line out the door) as opposed to the self-serve drop. Apparently the self serve is different? (its not) Why no signage explaining so? 'Corporate told us to take it down'. So not only do are there processes and procedures off, they are blaming everyone but themselves for their mistakes. The problem is twofold; the store and its processes are clearly disorganized and need to be fixed. Second--never blame the customer for your errors or try to come up with excuses. Take ownership and move on. I probably wouldn't have written a review had you simply acknowledged there was an error on your guys part. Part of making mistakes is not blaming others, especially when your customer spends tens of thousands per year on your services. Its very much not appreciated.

I’m a mom who has my hands full, and the crew here always help me carry my packages out to my car. Their attitude is always upbeat, which really brightens my day.
