At my location in ashland oregon, the staff at the ups store are all absolutely friendly and I appreciate that. Thank you to Zach and all of the other team members that help the store function.

The store is nicely organized, always neat, and there are three counters for quick service. You can get even fragile objects, expertly, packed and shipped here with a built-in guarantee. Plus, they offer most of the services of a regular post office, including mailboxes, but they are actually service oriented and efficient compared to the USPS. Definitely recommend!

It has a small town feel where everyone knows your name and your box number and you care about them and how their cat is doing. Lol. But importantly, they care about you and your packages. I once put the wrong address on a Christmas package and they were able to stop the package and fix the address. That is service you appreciate and is uncommon in corporate America. They make UPS a place you trust like family to take care of you.
