- SSSir SprinklesOct 21, 20251.0Rent goes up and up and up. As of this writing it's almost $200 for the smallest box, and on top of that... They now charge a fee for receiving packages IN ADDITION to charging rent on the box. Every renewal is a new cash grab. Renewing your box lease has always been a hassle, filling out a myriad of different forms and insisting on keeping copies of sensitive documents on file, not a fan. Renewal cannot be done online, you MUST show up in person. Customer service has been pretty good, I've only had issues with folks that are no longer employees so at least they trim out the bad apples. I bear no animosity toward the employees here, they're doing their best within the rules and guidance from their superiors... It's the owners that are terrible and UPS that tolerates it. If you were thinking of renting a box here, expect the above.
