She was super nice, loved her, however it was out of stock online, so she just ordered the next best thing. Well it wasn’t what I wanted, so I called the staples help number once I realized. They couldn’t cancel the items because apparently it was a vendor item. And had to wait for it to get to the store. Come to find out they can’t process the return back on to my card, they’re going mail me a check.
