Took the day off work to receive a parcel that was to be here before 2pm just to have it update to before 8pm at 3pm. Consistent disappointment is what we can expect from FedEx.

Sat at home for my package all day. They blew over the expected delivery time by an hour and then didn't knock on the door and just left a door tag instead out of what I assume is laziness or speed to get the route complete. Now I have to spend more time picking it up myself. What's the point of a delivery service if you don't deliver and you have to do the work yourself?

Worst experience. Stuck a note to the door of the house and i posted the details in the app to live in the back door but the driver never looked at it . Just stuck a note in the front door n left.
Now i gotta pick it up when i was home the whole time.

They never call, never buzz, never bother. No note, nothing, just update the app status. No instructions. Every single time. Packages usually come dented half the time. Go to their center and spend 30 minutes for them to look for your package and just give excuses on why they never bother with the delivery. Best excuse I heard was that the workers don't have work phones so they're not obligated to use their own phones. Every other company calls, buzzes and attempt to deliver. Once I caught the driver down the street writing the form instead of attempting to deliver. Will keep reporting to Walmart and hopefully they stop using your service.
Also to add, don't bother calling because all you'll get is an AI bot that won't let you speak with a human.
