I went in looking for a phone and ended up switching my internet and tv too. He was knowledgeable, attentive and went out of his way!

Then when he learned that old lady doesn't even have a computer, he hang up on her without a single second of delay, almost right at the second she said she didn't have a computer or the like. Not even a second, literally! I can't imagine that rudeness in this time. But, I do align this to many of your solicit crew. Those young people tarnish your name. They need lessons.

I went in just to ask a few questions about phones and plans, and he ended up helping me way more than I expected. He was very patient, explained everything in a simple way, and didn’t rush me at all. I never felt pressured to buy anything — he just focused on finding what actually made sense for me. He helped me set everything up properly and made sure I understood my plan before I left. It was honestly one of the easiest and most comfortable experiences I’ve had at a phone store. Great service like this really stands out, and FAISAL definitely deserves recognition.
