- CRCeara RaeNov 11, 20251.0I would definitely recommend avoiding this location. First problem: I went into this location to purchase a new phone and set up a new line for my business. The lady advised she has ordered the phone and that it will be in on Monday. I went back to the store and they said they are confused but the girl will call me when she gets in. Didn’t get a call even though I waited 3 days. I went back and they said it should arrive any day now. 3 weeks and then I had to go back without hearing any word. They advised the phone is out of stock. I had to purchase a much more expensive phone on top of wasting 3 weeks. Second problem: The in-store associates charged me a $80 registration fee for my new business line that I set up. Later on I got a double charge on my bill for that fee. Bell customer service advised the store should not be charging a fee for this in-store as it goes directly on your first bill. Third issue is that I went back to the store to provide my direct debit information to keep a monthly discount credit on my bill. The guy took my information and said I was all set up. Several days later I got a notification that they are removing the credit because I didn’t set it up.
