  Very disappointing experience. I registered with this consultancy 6 months ago, but there has been absolutely no support from their side. Earlier I was in brampton. I received a call from one of the recruiter but my profile didn't match what she was looking for, though she told me somebody would call me as per my experience although I haven't heard anything from them. Now I moved to Kitchener, again trying to get job with their assistance still no help. Reception picks the call direct it to the consultants but the consultants rarely pick up calls, and when they do, they are unhelpful. I was simply told to search and apply for jobs on their website myself and that if a company is interested, they would contact me directly. That defeats the entire purpose of a job consultancy. No guidance, no follow-ups, and no active assistance in finding a job. Would not recommend to job seekers expecting real support. I have been trying through their website since so long, I am not getting anything that was the reason I called Robert half. I am in a real need that is why I am coming to you back and forth. However, this is very discouraging.

  Robert Half provided a positive and efficient recruitment experience. The recruiter was supportive, communicative, and made the process feel straightforward and well-managed. I appreciated the professionalism and would consider working with them again.

  Heather Salvatore is truly incredible at what she does! She listened, understood exactly what I was looking for, and matched me with a job that fits me perfectly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I’ll definitely be working with her again in the future and recommending her across the board!   Terrible experience with Robert Half in Kitchener. Toronto was fantastic - they were proactive, got me many interviews, super helpful, was employed quickly, they kept in touch - and even while employed, they would continue sending opportunities. I connected with Jodi from the Kitchener Robert Half team in July and it's now November - haven't been contacted once with a single job opportunity (part time, full time, contract, ect.). Not one. They provide no updates, you have to reach out and check in if anything has come up. It's been four months and to not have been sent ONE job opportunity is insane. Better off using Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn or your own network than relying on Robert Half in Kitchener (or better yet, another employment agency).

  What an amazing experience I just had with Heather Salvatore as my representative with Robert Half! The timing was perfect but more so her thoroughness and attention to detail was spot on for me and my needs for a new role!! I am very happy to say I start my new role that she presented to me next week!! Thank you again Heather for making the sometimes complicated process seem very easy and seamless, I sincerely appreciate all of your efforts in helping me move on to the next chapter in my career!!
