  I had a great experience at the Conestoga Mall Bell Store this morning. I had an issue with the eSIM in my iPad and Amy the Bell representative had my problem corrected in no time at all.

  I recently bought the iPhone 17 Pro Max from Sahil, and the service was excellent. He also told me I had one month to return my old phone and could drop it off at any Bell store. Since I live three hours away from Kitchener-Waterloo, I went to the Bell store in Owen Sound, but the representative there insisted that in‑person returns weren’t possible and didn’t believe the information I was given. I drove back to Kitchener, and thankfully Sahil was working. He immediately checked everything, processed the return, and completed all the paperwork within minutes. His professionalism and knowledge truly stand out. Bell definitely needs more experienced employees like Sahil. Thank you so much, Sahil!
