  I had the best experience with Dorsa—she was very knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful in setting up my new phone and plan. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated how attentive and friendly she was throughout. I’d definitely recommend going to her if you need any help!

  I was scammed by a Virgin Plus employee who gave me a used phone and claimed it was new. They told me I couldn't cancel my plan until I paid several times the price of the phone for terrible internet service. Therefore, I will never go back to this company and will advise my friends to switch to the other provider.

  Last Saturday I got my carrier switched there with the help of Agash.The process was very smooth and convenient. He found the most suitable plan for me and assured if there is any concern I can always reach out to the support. Very good experience and highly recommend!

  Dropped by to ask about an insane deal as an existing Virgin Mobile customer. I was able to nab an even better deal in person however. Winston and Pallvi were super helpful and helped me switch off my expensive/less-GB plan to a cheaper 100+ GB plan. Whole process took maybe 10 mins, come by if you want a good deal and not have to pay an expensive activation fee at Rogers/Fido or crappy cell reception at Freedom
