  Edward was beyond amazing. Arrived in Toronto for a concert and left my phone in the plane. My hotel and concert tickets were on my phone. Edward went beyond his job to help me. Another reason to stay with Virgin

  When I entered the store, Ethan was already assisting a customer. He exuded patience and respect in helping her solve her phone issues. While assisting his current client, he paused politely and assured me that he would attend to my needs shortly. Ethan greeted me with kindness and compassion. I explained my difficult situation, and he offered me sincere guidance and direction. When I returned to the shop with my new phone in hand, he graciously led me through everything I needed to know, step by step, stopping to answer questions and anticipating my needs. He supported me through a tremendous challenge and made me feel valid and important. He went above and beyond any level of customer care and support. While my phone was doing what it needed to do to function, Ethan helped several other clients. They were all treated to exemplary care and kindness, as well as excellent knowledge and skills. Ethan even assisted a shopper who's only intention n the store was to have him open her stuck water bottle lid! He is the epitome of customer service and respect. Beyond "Employee of the Month," beyond any fruit basket, gift card, or "chocolate bar of the month subscription." Ethan should be elevated to a training role, teaching people how to represent a company, help vulnerable people, and demonstrate patience with the neediest clients. He is an exception in a world of people who don't value their jobs! I would also like to give a shout-out to the manager who was on-site on Thursday. He was also exceptional in his role! The two of them are a power team and deserve the utmost recognition and accolades.

  Edward & Berine were the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff I’ve ever encountered. They switched me over to a Canada-US-Mexico with no issues! I’m very happy with the service they provided.
