Fahad was a really nice guy who helped me with a payment issue I had with Virgin Plus. I’d been dealing with a headache for two weeks, but he took the time to fix it, guide me through everything, and even gave me a good offer and recommendation. I know Virgin can be annoying and disorganized sometimes, but this guy makes you actually want to stay with them. He truly deserves credit for that.

I've been a virgin customer forever. Today I realised it would probably be best for me to come in and have a conversation with a person than navigate their website for my upgrade options. I'm so glad I did! Real conversations real sales people who actually cared about what I needed without upselling me. I have to give it up to Fahad that helped me out.
