Update showed that FedEx did not include the commercial invoice in with the paperwork. I had a copy and sent as soon as I saw the issue. The package then was stuck in customs because of Fedex's error. No one can provide updates or help. They just keep blaming it on customs. No update. Did not arrive on time OR the due date it needed to arrive by. They won't take responsibility. No one will call me. No one will email me back. I still have no idea when the package will arrive. This is truly a terrible company. I will never ship with them again.
