  Drove all the way to Fairview yesterday and was refused service. The staff member told me the location was robbed a few days ago and that they are no longer doing shipments. That’s understandable — but if shipment services are suspended, this should be clearly communicated online or at the door. Otherwise, customers are wasting time and travel for no reason. If the location isn’t currently offering its advertised services, it really shouldn’t be operating as usual without proper notice.

  I dropped off my package on November 24, and the estimated delivery date was December 14. However, DHL held my document for two weeks without providing any explanation. It was finally released on December 3, but since then the tracking has not been updated at all. My shipment appears to be stuck again, and I still have no information about its current status or when it will be delivered. The lack of communication and delays have made this a very frustrating and disappointing experience. This is my first and last experience ever with DHL, try to avoid using this company, the customer has no value there.

  This is by far the worst DHL location I’ve visited. If you’re planning to come here, save yourself the time and go to another branch. No Frills is currently giving out Balikbayan promotion boxes to be shipped to the Philippines via DHL. I went to this location on Tuesday, Nov. 18 at 7:20 PM, and was told that the cut-off time for processing Balikbayan boxes was 7:15 PM—even though, according to Google, the store closes at 8:00 PM and they still had time to process my box. I returned the next day, Wednesday, Nov. 19 at 10:00 AM. The staff member then asked for a commercial form that was not included in the flyer from No Frills. Instead of printing the form for me, she told me to come back with it. It felt like the staff was simply unwilling to provide basic assistance. I went back again later that evening. When I asked why there was a 7:15 PM cut-off time, the staff explained that they get too busy. I pointed out that in many workplaces—hospitals, offices, grocery stores, and others—employees serve customers until closing time, regardless of workload. You can’t refuse to assist customers just because the work is “too much.” Many customers travel from far places, and customer service should reflect that. Good service brings people back and encourages recommendations. Poor service does the opposite. This location has a real opportunity to improve both customer experience and its reputation, but based on my visits, they are failing to do so.
