- DMDouglas McdonaldDec 15, 20255.0Okay so I had a really hard time receiving my parcel from DHL. Two phantom deliveries (they never showed up) and there is literally no customer service phone line. I even tried to change the delivery from my office to a DHL location by my house. It was never delivered. Luckily, I went into a store and spoke to Vishal and he got me all sorted out. He took down my information and said he would handle it personally. Vishal had the package rerouted to his office and even called me to give me updates when it arrived. Great customer service. Thanks to the Team at 1 lombard.

Dropped off a DHL 5 box (20lbs) as part of the No Frills Balikbayan Box promo, everything went smoothly and service was great! FYI they do open up your box and repack it.
