Had to go to this Bell store to get some complicated account issues for a friend and her elderly sister cancelled , sorted out and rearranged. All my "problems" were dealt with in a vey nice, friendly, but professional way by Resissa ??( sorry, if I have your first name wrong) The whole process took a while, but I left the store with a feeling, that I had accomplished what I set out to do.

We went to the store and the staff were really helpful and called Bell online multiple times to help us get verified and get our service back online despite the fact they would never have got any type of commission for this. Bell online were absolutely awful to deal with, completely unhelpful, and didn’t explain anything to us. Do not sign up online, go into store.
