I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service in your Bell store. The staff showed a complete lack of customer focus and refused to help me with closing my phone number, which I wanted to deactivate. They looked at me strangely, responded unwillingly to my questions, and simply told me to do everything online, even though I specifically came to the store to get assistance from professionals. This attitude left a very negative impression and caused disappointment in the level of service provided by Bell.

What i have to say that the staff here are amazing. I knew coming to any Bell location I would have troubles because of certain things that has happened on my account not theirs. They are doing what they can to help me. That's all I asked is that they are trying. Alot of other places didn't even try and help the customer. But the staff here are doing what they can to help me and that is all that matters to me. I don't care what the outcome is if I get what I want. What makes me feel good about this location is that they tried for me. As far as I know their doing their best. And im happy with that. All the staff members have been very polite and understanding. Alot of other places I've went to refused to do that for their customers. So thank you for at least trying for me. And thank you I can't say that enough! Thank you! No matter what the out come is!

The staff didn't help me with my setup issue at all and asked me to go back home and call Bell. I called Bell and they told me that was not expected and the store should be able to help me with any issue in store. Now I need to go to another Bell store again for the setup. I've wasted so much time on this because the staff at the store was unwilling to help and instead asked me to go back home and call Bell! It turned out to be a simple issue with the help of the staff on Bell but because the staff was not willing to help, the back and force on my end is draining. I cannot describe how frustrated I was about the experience. What's the point of having the staff on the store if the only solution they offer to the customers is to GO BACK HOME AND CALL BELL?
