My Fibe modem broke, so Bell service told me to go to this location to get a replacement. I arrived 20 minutes before closing time and they were already locked up. There were still people at the front so I tried buzzing and knocking, and they just ignored me. Called Bell service again and they said they couldn't contact them or help, they just redirected me to another location.
Bell service should be able to rely on service locations being open according to their posted times.

As a person with a visual disability
It is refreshing to deal with a customer person trained individual, Lok. Persons with disabilities specially ones that are unseen usually interact with people who do not realize and don't show patience with people. It's not necessary for me to explain about my disability but we are more sensitive to people who show people's skills at the highest level. I am hoping this individual, Lok that someone in his organization is made aware that how good this employee is. He should be rewarded either financially or with a letter. As this process is not done enough as conpanies don't realize that how important morale contributes to the employee and that is reflected in the sales and service that is given. If company gives reconciliation to the employee, that gives a boost to the employee and he is happy and that would show in the service employee gives to their customers
Employee recognition is very important. I have a lot of people's experience and if a company brings back recognition it reflects. I like this store as I feel respected and accepted. I feel a lot of companies focus is going towards sales now it should be towards the company's employees so customers keep coming back. Appreciation is never enough. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing service by Lok - he is the best!
I got 2 phone numbers assigned very quickly with no hustle and was even allowed to pick a number, in fact, both of them. Even 416 options were on the table, which is rare.
Overall, outstanding customer experience and Bell has won a returning customer for life.
Highly recommended to anyone in need for telecom solutions.
