- GMG M3 days ago1.0I have been with Bell since 2022. This morning, I woke up to find my account unexpectedly suspended, and I am unable to make or receive any calls. Bell does not offer 24/7 customer support, so I had to wait until 9:00 a.m. to contact them. After spending over half an hour on the phone and chat, I was told that I must go to a store for in-person verification due to alleged fraudulent activity on my account. The reason for this situation is extremely distressing. My entire family lives in Iran, and since yesterday at 10:00 a.m., the government has shut down the internet and phone lines. I have had no access to my family and no information about their safety. In desperation, I tried calling them repeatedly, hoping that even one call might go through—but I still have no news from them. In the middle of this already overwhelming and stressful situation, Bell decided to suspend my account, leaving me completely cut off just because I called backhome. To make matters worse, I also have an important interview, and I am unable to make or receive any calls because of this suspension. This situation is unacceptable. The lack of support and understanding is deeply disappointing. We are humans, and we worry about our families—especially during crises like this

- SMSandro MagiNov 22, 20251.0My Fibe modem broke, so Bell service told me to go to this location to get a replacement. I arrived 20 minutes before closing time and they were already locked up. There were still people at the front so I tried buzzing and knocking, and they just ignored me. Called Bell service again and they said they couldn't contact them or help, they just redirected me to another location. Bell service should be able to rely on service locations being open according to their posted times.
